Shipping Policy

Thank you for your order at TarotDeckPrinting.com! We are excited to bring your custom tarot deck to life. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our processes and timelines.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following regions:

• New Zealand • Australia • North America (United States and Canada)

If you are located outside these regions, please contact us at hello@tarotdeckprinting.com and we will do our best to accommodate your order.

Shipping Method

We primarily use NZ Couriers for all domestic shipments and trusted international carriers for overseas orders, ensuring reliable and efficient delivery of your finished decks.

Production & Processing Time

Custom tarot deck printing is not an off-the-shelf product — every deck is printed specifically for you. Please allow 10–15 working days for your order to be produced, quality checked, and prepared for shipment. This production time is in addition to the estimated shipping times below.

Estimated Shipping Times (after production)

• New Zealand: 1–2 working days via NZ Couriers • Australia: 3–7 working days • North America: 7–14 working days

Please note these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or logistical issues.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, weight, and destination. A shipping quote will be provided as part of your overall order quote before you confirm your order. All costs are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

Order Tracking

All orders shipped via NZ Couriers and our international carriers include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@tarotdeckprinting.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. You have the option of a full refund or we can reprint and resend your order at no additional cost, once the loss or damage has been confirmed.

PO Boxes

We currently do not ship to PO Boxes. Please ensure you provide a valid physical street address for delivery.
