Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern your use of TarotDeckPrinting.com and any orders placed with us. By using our website or placing an order, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

TarotDeckPrinting.com is operated by Choice Print, based in New Zealand.

All orders are custom printed to your specifications. By submitting a quote request and confirming your order, you agree that:

• You have the legal right to reproduce all artwork submitted • Your artwork files meet our stated specifications (300dpi, CMYK, with 3mm bleed) • You have reviewed and approved your digital proof before production commences

You retain full ownership of your artwork. By submitting files to us, you grant TarotDeckPrinting.com a limited licence to reproduce your artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

You warrant that your artwork does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. TarotDeckPrinting.com accepts no liability for any claims arising from artwork submitted by customers.

A digital proof will be provided for your review before production begins. Production will not commence until proof approval is received in writing. Once you approve your proof, TarotDeckPrinting.com is not responsible for any errors in the approved artwork including spelling, colour, or layout.

We make every effort to match colours as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly between screen displays and printed output due to the nature of CMYK printing. We are not liable for colour variations that fall within standard commercial printing tolerances.

Full payment is required before production commences unless otherwise agreed in writing. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are exclusive of GST unless stated.

Orders may be cancelled prior to proof approval for a full refund. Once proof approval has been given and production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued.

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect (not caused by your artwork), please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will reprint and resend your order at no charge or issue a full refund at our discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, TarotDeckPrinting.com's total liability shall not exceed the value of your order. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from your use of our services.

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
